Main Features of Banana Chips Flavouring Machine:
Banana chips seasoning machine is used for food seasoning in food production process. (1) The banana chips seasoning machine is connected to the power supply, the equipment uses 220v power input, the output roller motor is: 380v, and the dusting motor is 220v.
(2) Start the drum motor and the drum will slowly start to normal speed. The dusting motor is started and the dusting device starts working.
(3) The raw materials that need to be stirred and seasoned are conveyed into the flavoring machine continuously or continuously by a conveyor or manually from the feed port end.
(4) Turn on the dusting motor so that the seasoning is evenly sprayed in the drum;
(5) Check each operating part and confirm that it can work after normal operation.
(6) If the rotation speed is too high, the frequency converter knob can be rotated to the left, the rotation speed can be slow, and the minimum speed can not be lower than 70% of the maximum rotation speed.
(7) The material moving forward in the drum is too fast, it can reduce the drum slope, too slow to increase the drum slope.

Install and Debug of Single Drum Seasoning Machine
The following points should be noted when installing the flavoring machine:
1. The feet must be adjusted during installation to ensure a stable machine.
2. The screws on the machine must be connected tightly.
3, when the equipment is used, it is necessary to adjust the rotation speed of the drum. After the rotation speed is moderate, the frequency converter knob can be adjusted.
4. During the debugging, the inverter shall be slowly accelerated at the slowest speed. It is strictly forbidden to accelerate the speed.
